Does your teen need a little extra support?

According to a recent article published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Center for Health Statistics (CDC, 2020) the rate of teen suicide has increased by 57.4% between the years of 2007-2018! This study did not include data surrounding the decline of teen mental health as a result of the 2020 COVID19 pandemic. Now more than ever is it important to provide additional support to our youth. With that in mind, have you noticed your teen
struggling academically or socially in school - more than usual? Do you find them to be more irritable or
withdrawn from family or friends? Perhaps they struggle with depression.
Let's get them the peer support they need!
